This is a targeted safety notice for the proper and safe use of men's bags (leather, synthetic, textile; crossbody, shoulder, messenger, briefcases/laptop bags, waist bags, document bags, backpacks; with zippers, magnetic closures, buckles/carabiners, chain or adjustable straps, with metal parts and internal organizers). Since they may contain small metal or magnetic parts, long straps/chains, sharp edges on fittings, and can increase shoulder and back strain when overloaded, please follow the guidelines below.

Basic Safety and Handling Principles

• Keep out of reach of children: Charms, screws, rivets, magnets, and carabiners pose a choking/inhalation hazard; the product is not a toy.
• Inspection before use: Check seams, straps, carabiners, zippers, magnets, and loose threads; replace cracked, rusty, or loose parts.
• Sharp edges: Fittings and zippers may have sharp edges; be careful when closing to avoid skin and clothing damage.
• Magnetic parts: Keep away from payment cards and sensitive electronics; persons with implanted devices should maintain a safe distance from strong magnets.
• Fire and heat: Most materials are flammable or heat-sensitive; avoid open flames and hot surfaces.

Proper and Safe Use

• Load and ergonomics: Do not overload the bag; distribute weight (heavier items closer to the body). When wearing for extended periods, alternate shoulders or use a wider strap.
• Straps and snagging: Shorten and secure long/loose straps; prevent snagging on escalators, bicycles, or machinery.
• Closure and security: Always close the bag; wear it in front on public transport. Chain straps may cause pressure/abrasions during sudden movements.
• Driving and seat belts: Position bulky buckles/fittings so they do not interfere with the seat belt or cause pressure.
• Electronics and documents: Protect device corners in laptop bags; do not use the bag as a protective work cover against impacts unless it has padding.
• Purpose: The bag is not a child carrier, harness, or PPE; do not use it for lifting loads.

Cleaning, Maintenance, and Storage

• Leather: Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth; condition regularly. Protect patent leather from prolonged contact with plastics and heat (stickiness/marks).
• Suede/nubuck: Use a suede brush and waterproofing; protect from water and oil.
• Textile/synthetic: Clean according to the label; aggressive cleaners may damage surface, prints, or glued joints.
• Metal parts: After contact with salt water/sweat, wipe dry to prevent corrosion and staining of clothing.
• Storage: Stuff with filler, store in a breathable bag, away from direct sunlight and moisture; do not hang long-term by one point (strap deformation).
• Color transfer: Dark/intense colors may bleed onto light clothing; wear darker clothing during initial uses.

Specific Health Warnings

• Allergies and sensitive skin: Some metals (e.g., nickel in fittings), dyes, and leather treatments may cause reactions; if redness or itching occurs, limit contact or choose hypoallergenic fittings.
• Pressure and pain: Narrow straps with heavier loads may cause shoulder/neck pain; use a wider or padded strap.

Disposal

• Sorted waste and textile collection: Hand over textile/leather parts to textile collection or reuse; separate metal and magnetic parts if possible. If the bag contains electronic accessories (e.g., LED/power bank), dispose of according to electronic waste regulations.
